What level of service do you provide your clients?

Care To Continue® provides the needed companion home care and assistance with personal care that allows older adults to stay and thrive in their homes. We provide medication reminders, fall prevention, light housekeeping, bathing or grooming assistance, errand transport and much more.

How do you select caregivers?

Care to Continue®’s Caregiver Secure program ensures that only the most compassionate and trustworthy professionals serve in your home. That program includes multiple interviews, carefully checked personal and professional references, a 50 state background check and drug screening just for starters. All caregivers are also bonded and insured.

How do you train your caregivers?

In addition to the robust screening process, the Caregiver Secure program includes in-depth training to ensure that each caregiver is fully equipped to serve.

Can you provide services within a facility like an independent living or assisted living facility?

Yes, sometimes loved ones needs additional help and support beyond what a facility offers and Care to Continue® can provide a personal companion.

Are the Care to Continue® caregivers employees or are they contractors?

Employees. At Care to Continue®, we believe that we can better support and lead our caregivers if they are full teammates and not just independent contractors. The advantage to families is that Care to Continue® handles all taxes and other administrative issues so that you don’t have to.

Is homecare affordable?

Yes! In most cases homecare is a third of the cost of a nursing home or assisted living facility and Care to Continue® offers very competitive hourly and daily rates. Our rates are fair and transparent so that you never have to worry about getting “nickeled and dimed.”

Does Care to Continue® accept long-term care insurance?

Yes, not only do we accept LTCI but we have extensive experience working with insurance companies and we can make the process very easy.

What does the free initial in-home assessment include?

A thorough home safety inspection, complete explanation of care and the crafting of a customized plan for you.

How can I ensure that communication between my loved one, my family members and my caregiver is good?

Care To Continue® makes family communications easier by providing a state of the art personalized care forum where caregivers can send regular updates to involved family members and where family members can see and follow the care received in a private and secure online environment.
